Justine had her first professional experience with Peoples Company back in 2015 with the Greater Des Moines partnership. At that time she was the Director of Government Relations for the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association and reviewed state law, federal statutes, and agency policies, producing communications and process overviews to ensure compliance. Most recently Justine served Iowa landowners and developed talent at Farm Credit Services of America. Working closely with buyers and sellers through contracts for purchase, 1031 exchanges, and real estate refinances she provided unrivaled customer service and maintained real estate standards. Additionally, she provided coaching and professional development to the operations team in Southeast Iowa.

Justine serves as the Brokerage Manager for Peoples Company, playing a crucial role in assisting the Director of Brokerage, licensed brokers, and licensed real estate agents with real estate activities.

Growing up working in production agriculture on a 5th generation Iowa family farm and as a female landowner today, Justine has a strong desire to enhance the legacy of owning real estate.

Justine is a graduate of Iowa State University and has a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
