Bryan Bergdale joined Peoples Company in 2016 as a brokerage sales associate. Since then, he has been working on honing his real estate knowledge, acquiring licenses, and building his network. Bryan focuses on the listing of agricultural, recreational, and development land. While based out of Iowa, he has licenses across the country and collaborates with our numerous regional offices to help execute marketing campaigns and facilitate land transactions.

Bryan graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in finance and real estate. He started his career as an accountant with RTL Equipment Inc, a construction company, before transitioning to real estate.
