Bryan Bergdale

Bryan Bergdale is a Land Advisor with Peoples Company, where he works within the Corporate Services division supporting landowners, referral sources, and corporate clients in the sale of farmland across the country. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has helped lead complex land transactions from initial valuation through closing, with a focus on agricultural and recreational assets. 

Bryan is licensed in more than a dozen states and regularly works on listings across the Midwest, Central Plains, and Southern regions. His work includes property research, opinion of value, marketing strategy, contract negotiation, and closing coordination. He collaborates closely with the broader Peoples Company network to deliver well-executed brokerage services tailored to each property and client. 

He holds degrees in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career in accounting before transitioning to real estate. Bryan brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to every assignment, helping clients make informed decisions in a dynamic land market.
