Sophia Odle joined Peoples Company in 2024. She takes a strategic, stewardship-driven approach to land management, ensuring each farm is positioned for long-term success while meeting the personal and financial goals of her clients. 

Sophia currently represents farmland owners on managed farms in eight Illinois counties, overseeing both row crops and specialty crops. She has led major farm improvement initiatives inlcuding drainage projects, infrastructure changes, and conservation initiatives. Sophia integrates her industry knowledge with expertise in farm budgeting and returns analysis to develop and execute well rounded, data-driven, customized management solutions. She represents a wide range of clients including families, individuals, and investors. 

Sophia holds a degree in Agriculture and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois, specializing in farm management and agricultural education. She is a member of the Illinois Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and is actively pursuing her Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation.
