Chris joined Peoples Company in January 2021 and is a Certified General Appraiser specializing in agricultural properties, with a focus on evaluating and appraising fruit and nut crop orchards, vineyards, row crop farmland, and vacant land throughout California, Arizona, and the West Coast. With nearly a decade of experience in market research, financial analysis, and report writing, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural industry and a strong track record of providing accurate and insightful appraisal reports.
