Quinn Kendrick is General Counsel for Peoples Company. He maintains knowledge of all company operations and structure to conduct essential business functions by overseeing the review and drafting of all legal documents and advising the company on legal matters. Quinn assists with purchase agreement drafting, terms and condition negotiations, property incumbrances, title transfer, farm leases, and numerous other functions. He serves as a liaison between Peoples Company team members and outside counsel to ensure legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Prior to joining Peoples Company, Quinn worked as an Attorney for Kennedy Berkley Yarnevich & Williamson, Chtd. specializing in Agricultural Law, Real Estate Law, Water Rights, Banking Law, Commercial Law, Creditor Rights, and Estate Planning and Probate.
