Ashley is an experienced Appraisal Manager with nearly a decade of expertise in property valuation, team management, and process improvement. At Peoples Company, she leads a national team of appraisers, overseeing accurate and compliant appraisal reports while enhancing operational processes and technology. She is actively pursuing her Certified General Appraisal License in Iowa, specializing in agricultural real estate appraisals.

Ashley’s deep understanding of the agricultural industry stems from her hands-on experience operating a row crop and livestock farm in eastern Iowa, where she and her husband produce corn, soybeans, beef, and pork. This unique perspective informs her work and strengthens her ability to deliver precise and relevant appraisals.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Mercy University and continuously expands her expertise through professional development with the Appraisal Institute, McKissock, and ASFMRA. Her passions include real estate, agriculture, and fostering innovation within the appraisal industry.
