Ashley Poduska

Ashley has worked in the appraisal industry since 2015, focusing on agricultural real estate. She brings experience in market research, financial analysis, and improving appraisal workflows to help deliver clear, dependable results for clients.

She started her career with Farm Credit Services of America before joining Peoples Company in 2021 as an Appraisal Coordinator and Associate Appraiser. From 2023 to 2025, Ashley served as Appraisal Manager, leading a national team and helping strengthen processes and technology within the division. She now continues her work as an Associate Appraiser while pursuing her Certified General Appraiser license and managing key projects, including support for Peoples Company’s comparable sales database and market reports.

Ashley and her husband also operate a row crop and livestock farm in eastern Iowa, which gives her practical insight into the agricultural properties she works with. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Mount Mercy University and continues her professional education through the Appraisal Institute, McKissock, and ASFMRA.
