Ashley Poduska

 Ashley has worked in the appraisal industry since 2015, specializing in agricultural real estate. She brings a strong foundation in market research and data-driven analysis, helping clients and industry professionals better understand land values, trends, and market dynamics.

She began her career with Farm Credit Services of America before joining Peoples Company in 2021 as an Appraisal Coordinator and Associate Appraiser. From 2023 to 2025, Ashley served as Appraisal Manager, where she led a national team and played a key role in strengthening processes and technology within the division. She now serves as a Market Analyst, managing Peoples Company’s comparable sales database, tracking and analyzing auction activity across the Midwest, and publishing market insights.

Ashley and her husband Josh, along with their two children, operate a row crop and livestock farm in eastern Iowa - providing her with practical, firsthand perspective on the agricultural market. She also serves on the Cedar County Fair Board and remains actively involved in her church and local community.
