Michael Schorpp

Michael Schorpp is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser licensed in the State of Iowa. He joined Peoples Company in 2022 and has been mentored by some of the leading agricultural real estate professionals in the country.
Michael has experience valuing agricultural, recreational, and rural properties throughout Iowa, as well as transitional development properties across the Des Moines metropolitan area. His appraisal practice includes bank lending assignments, properties held in trusts and estates, and large investor portfolios.
Michael was born and raised in Algona, Iowa, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University. He currently resides in Cumming, Iowa. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and hunting.
