Chief Operating Officer
Molli Hagge serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Peoples Company, where she leads strategic enterprise initiatives across the organization and its affiliated entities, including PC Capital Markets and PC Corporate Services. In her role, Molli drives operational excellence, strategic clarity, and sustainable growth as Peoples Company continues to expand its footprint and advance its position as a national, full-service farmland platform.
Leveraging her deep institutional knowledge within the company, Molli oversees the integration of strategy and execution across all divisions. She works closely with the executive team to translate high-level vision into actionable plans, ensuring alignment of goals, resources, and performance metrics. Her focus on scalable processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights enables the organization to make informed decisions and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Molli’s approach to the COO role is centered on clear communication, building organizational alignment, and a driven work ethic. She draws upon her deep relationships across the organization to unite operations around company strategy, remove barriers to execution, and proactively address challenges. Her commitment to supporting a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and innovation supports Peoples Company’s ability to integrate acquisitions, expand into key markets, recruit top talent, and execute successfully on a national scale.
Prior to her role as COO, Molli served as Chief of Staff, acting as a strategic partner to the President and supporting the execution of company-wide initiatives. In that role, she managed complex projects, facilitated information flow, ensured quality control of key deliverables, and advanced strategic priorities across multiple business lines.
Before becoming Chief of Staff, Molli was the Director of Operations for PC Capital Markets, where she supported transactions, investment offerings, asset management functions, and investor onboarding. She began her career with Peoples Company in 2019 as an Analyst, performing financial analysis on managed farm assets, supporting acquisition processes, and building business plans that contributed to successful investment outcomes.
Molli holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, where she was a Chancellor’s Scholar and graduated with honors and highest distinction in Agricultural Business (Banking & Finance) with a minor in Leadership and Communication.
