Ross joined the Peoples Company team in December of 2021 as part of the Land Brokerage Division, focusing on agriculture, recreational, and residential real estate. Ross has a passion for farming and improving his family farm in Carlisle, Iowa.

He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree and an Ag Business Minor.
