Matt Hoenig joined the Peoples Company team in the Summer of 2020 as a part of the Land Brokerage Division, where he focuses on agricultural, recreational, and development real estate.

Matt grew up in rural Iowa near the town of Riverside. He worked with many of the local businesses forming lasting relationships with owners and customers. Matt is also an avid outdoorsman in Southeast Iowa which has helped create many friendships and opportunities. Matt works diligently in the eastern and southeast Iowa area providing top-notch services for his clients. In his free time, Matt enjoys hunting and fishing.

Matt graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate in 2020. His passion for the land brought him to Peoples Company. Utilizing the Peoples Company platform, Matt can better assist by providing accurate information to clients on the land market.
