Sandy Nehring began working with Ray Brownfield in 2005 while employed by a startup land company near Chicago.

In early 2013, Ray left the startup and began operating as Land Pro LLC. Sandy also left the startup in 2013 to join Ray as Land Pro LLC’s Director of Operations.

As Director of Operations, Sandy is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of Land Pro LLC as well as website content creation and maintenance, creating all print and digital marketing materials, print advertisements, email marketing, and posts to websites and social media.

Sandy implements proven methods and cutting-edge technology to cut costs, streamline operations, and increase productivity. She is detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of process optimization and possesses an unsurpassed work ethic.

Sandy earned an AAS in Computer Networking from Joliet Junior College, is a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker, and is an Illinois Notary Public.

Sandy volunteers for Operation Welcome You Home, a local organization that supports our military, both active and veterans. She manages their website and creates marketing materials. Sandy is also a member of P.E.O.
