With 22 years of business and commercial banking experience, Jered offers a financial skill set that strengthens every transaction. He has extensive experience guiding clients through 1031 exchanges, helping them structure replacement property purchases, coordinate timelines, and work seamlessly with qualified intermediaries. His background in valuation, lending, and asset management gives buyers and sellers a trusted advisor who understands both the land and the financial strategy behind it. 

Outside of work, Jered enjoys hunting, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his wife Angie and their four children. Whether walking a fence line or evaluating a farm’s potential, he brings the same authenticity and dedication that have defined his personal and professional life.
