Eli Suarez

BIO
Raised in Ankeny, Iowa, Eli Suarez brings a strong work ethic and people-first mindset to his role as an Associate Land Agent at Peoples Company.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Iowa State University, building a solid foundation in analytical thinking and financial analysis. 

Eli began his career at Peoples Company with an accounting internship, where he developed an understanding of the firm’s operations and land-focused services. Prior to joining Peoples Company, Eli spent eight years working for a sign company, gaining valuable experience in attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving. 

Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time outdoors, including whitetail deer hunting and fishing, interests that align naturally with their passion for land and rural Iowa.
