Troy grew up on a row crop and livestock farm in south-central Iowa, where he developed a lifelong connection to agriculture. Since 2011, he has worked in real estate and recently transitioned to the Land Management Division at Peoples Company. Troy enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with farmers, landowners, attorneys, bankers, and CPAs. His goal is to manage farms effectively while leveraging the insights and skills gained from years of experience in both agriculture and real estate. 

Known for his ability to form meaningful connections, Troy consistently delivers tailored solutions that align with his clients’ goals and help maximize the value of their land. He is based out of the Cumming, Iowa office and is deeply passionate about agriculture and supporting clients of all backgrounds in managing and growing their agricultural portfolios. 

Troy approaches land management with a grounded, practical mindset, guided by the principles of sustainability and relationship-building. His strong communication skills and deep understanding of both farming and land ownership challenges allow him to build trust and maintain open, transparent dialogue. By prioritizing each client’s unique needs and treating every relationship with respect, Troy works to deliver the best possible outcomes for those he serves. 

Troy is currently licensed in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming, Missouri and Iowa. He is also a proud member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
