Sue serves as the Controller of Peoples Company directing the financial operations of the company and works with the accounting team to manage the day-to-day financial activities for the corporation and its entities. In addition to her accounting leadership, Sue oversees the company’s human resources and technology functions. She is responsible for creating and implementing budgets, financial reports, policies, processes, and strategies to strengthen the company’s overall operations. Sue excels at analyzing workflows to find efficiencies in business and is always willing to do what is needed to make the company a success.
