Casey Richards

Casey Richards is a Land Manager with UFARM/Peoples Company, joining the team in 2024 and working out of the Lincoln, Nebraska office. He brings a deep-rooted passion for agriculture, a strong commitment to customer service, and a focus on innovation and long-term asset appreciation for landowners.

Raised in Central Nebraska, Casey grew up immersed in agriculture through hands-on experience with livestock, irrigation systems, and row-crop production. He earned a degree in Agronomy and Agri-Business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he further developed his understanding of production agriculture through internships and summer work at agricultural co-ops. Following college, Casey built a career in crop insurance as an adjuster, gaining extensive experience in field adjustments, crop staging and health, customer relations, auditing, and serving as a regional drone manager across 10 Midwestern states. This diverse background gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective on farm management and the stewardship of agricultural land.

Since joining UFARM/Peoples Company, Casey has successfully transitioned into land management, built strong client relationships, and grown a diverse portfolio of farms spanning from Falls City to Broken Bow and surrounding areas. His broad experience allows him to effectively serve landowners across Nebraska, regardless of location or management needs.
