Emma Hamilton assists the Capital Markets team as a Land Analyst. She is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on high-quality farmland assets. Emma works diligently to acquire properties by tracking, organizing, and analyzing all potential deals that could fit client needs including auctions, listings, and off-market opportunities. She assists in the creation of investment summaries which include all relevant property maps, easements and encumbrances, location data, rent and crop history, financial performance/proforma, and comparable sales in the area.

Prior to joining the team full time, Emma served as an intern assisting Capital Markets analysts and Peoples Company agents with land transactions by collaborating with the team to prepare land summaries, listings, auctions, and marketing materials. She received her bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and entrepreneurial studies from Iowa State University.
