Keaton Dreher started with Peoples Company in the spring of 2013 and is focused on the company’s residential, new construction, and land development/lot sales. He continues to assist Kalen Ludwig with her business and together they position themselves as Peoples Company's only residential specialists. As a team, they specialize in development/lot sales, new construction, listing resale homes for sellers, and assisting buyers. By representing Diligent Development, Keaton is a great resource if you are a builder or an end user looking to secure a single family lot(s) to build on. Keaton also represents Ground Breaker Homes as a sales associate for their new construction homes. Keaton enhances the Kalen Ludwig Real Estate Specialists team with his knowledge and expertise in land development and home building combined with his residential and commercial construction family background. Together, Keaton and Kalen have created a team relationship that is focused on delivering innovative solutions to their clients.

Keaton grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa and then attended the University of Northern Iowa. He graduated from UNI in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and was a contributing member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a co-ed business organization on campus. Through PSE, he gained the proper skills and knowledge needed to communicate and be successful in real estate. Keaton is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Iowa.
