Lindsey Brown

Lindsey Brown has been with the land brokerage division of Peoples Company since 2020, specializing in the sale and auction of cropland, pasture, and recreational properties across North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. 

With more than 20 years of experience in agricultural and rural banking before entering real estate, Lindsey brings a strong understanding of rural communities, agricultural finance, and the relationships that shape land transactions. His banking career included lending positions in Finley, North Dakota and Winona and Lewiston, Minnesota, as well as service on the 7th District Ag Credit Companies board. These experiences have helped him build lasting connections throughout the farming and banking communities. 

A licensed real estate professional since 2011, Lindsey combines his financial background and regional market knowledge with a practical, relationship-focused approach to land brokerage. He values working directly with clients, understanding their goals, and helping buyers and sellers navigate land transactions with confidence. 

Originally from Mayville, North Dakota, Lindsey now resides in Wadena, Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mayville State University in 1991 and is a graduate of the North Dakota School of Banking (1993) and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (1995).
