Since earning her Marketing and Real Estate degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Kalen has been with Peoples Company, leveraging nearly two decades of experience. She remains actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, serving as its President in 2021, and is a proud member of EO Iowa.
