Wade Harrison
Land Manager
Wade Harrison grew up on his family farm in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, where agriculture has always been a central part of his life. Surrounded by row-crop production and day-to-day farm operations, he gained early experience in both farming and farm management, shaping his long-term passion for the industry. Wade continued pursuing this interest at the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2023 with a degree in Agricultural Business and a Minor in Agricultural Systems and Technologies.
After graduation, Wade joined Farmland Partners, where he worked in farm management, acquisitions, and dispositions. During his time there, he helped manage more than 37,000 acres of row-crop farmland across the Southeast and Mississippi Delta regions. His expertise includes on-farm improvements, optimizing irrigation planning and applications, managing grain facility operations, and other essential agricultural infrastructure. He is also known for building strong working relationships with successful local farmers to enhance land productivity and long-term value of the investment.
Wade enjoys meeting and learning from others in the agricultural community and values the connections that come from working in such a relationship-driven field.
Outside of agriculture, he is an avid supporter of Arkansas sports. He also loves to duck, deer, and squirrel hunt alongside his dog, dad, and friends—spending time outdoors in the places that have influenced him most.
