Peter Isaacson is a Senior Land Manager with Peoples Company, working with individual landowners, family offices, investors, and institutional clients to maximize both the financial and environmental value of their agricultural assets through strategic management practices and data-driven decisions. 

Peter’s portfolio focuses on high-quality row crop assets in Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota, and his experience includes complex lease negotiations, organic and specialty crop systems, conservation program implementation, capital improvement projects, drainage planning, custom farming agreements, and risk management strategies. He works closely with landowners, operators, and industry partners to align farming operations with long-term ownership goals and return expectations. 

An accredited member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), Peter holds both the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and Accredited Agricultural Consultant (AAC) designations. He serves on the Iowa Chapter Board of ASFMRA and remains actively involved in organizations that support agricultural advancement, conservation, and landowner education. 

Peter is passionate about helping landowners preserve and enhance their agricultural legacy through thoughtful management, strong relationships, and a commitment to both profitability and stewardship.
