Jason J. Lestina, Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, Licensed Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker, Licensed Wisconsin Broker, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and Accredited Farm Manager (AFM), joined the Peoples Company team in September 2025 and provides real estate brokerage and property management services.
Jason holds the designations of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), which is a highly regarded REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) designation within the land brokerage profession, and the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation, which is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
The ALC and AFM designations are earned through years of experience, education, testing, and adherence to strict requirements for standards, ethics, and continuing education. As an ALC and AFM, Jason is afforded the opportunity to maximize the management and potential sale of land through various advertising platforms, education, and networking. Currently, Jason manages land in Illinois and Wisconsin for absentee landowners.
Jason was previously employed by Land Pro LLC for 8.5 years, managing farmland in Illinois and Indiana, along with the brokerage of farmland in Illinois.
Jason is involved with his family's crop and cattle operations in Will County, Illinois. Jason, his wife Kelly, and his son reside in Aurora, Illinois.

Jason is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from NIU’s College of Business.
