Kirk brings over 46 years of experience in banking, finance, and real estate to his work in agricultural land brokerage. He began his career with 1 Stop Realty, Inc. in 1978 and has since built a reputation for deep expertise, integrity, and long-term client relationships—often working across multiple generations of the same family.
Kirk specializes in helping clients preserve and grow their equity through the strategic use of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. His understanding of land value, market trends, and wealth-building strategies makes him a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.
A founding member of Agriculture Real Estate Investors, LLC (now Teays River Investments) Kirk has played a key role in land acquisitions and analysis across the United States.
