Cedrick Drahn

Cedrick is a Certified General Appraiser who joined Peoples Company in August 2023 and is based in Northeast Iowa, serving clients throughout Iowa and Wisconsin. Raised on a family farm in a small town in Northeast Iowa, he developed a strong connection to land and agriculture early in life. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate. Cedrick has experience appraising vacant and improved cropland, acreages, and livestock facilities. He is also a member of the Iowa Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), which he joined in 2023.
