Jeb joined Peoples Company in the Fall of 2021 and held two internships within the farm management and appraisal divisions. After graduating with a B.S. in Agronomy from Iowa State University in the Spring of 2024, he transitioned into a Valuation Analyst role with the company.  In October 2024, he was promoted to an Associate Appraiser.

Jeb grew up in Indianola, Iowa, where his passion for everything outdoors began. Jeb has been involved with the Iowa ASFMRA since 2022.
