Ryan Ferguson

Ryan Ferguson is a designer on the Peoples Company marketing team, where he collaborates with land agents, associates, and fellow creatives to bring property listings and auctions to life. He uses his design skills to create eye-catching marketing pieces—everything from brochures and postcards to listing images, poster boards, and newspaper ads. His goal is to make every project stand out while supporting the company’s brand and the story behind each property.

Outside of work, Ryan is all about good downtime. He enjoys gaming, relaxing with a quality cigar, and getting outdoors with his corgi, Banksy. He’s also a fan of cat memes, street art, and anything involving tacos—pretty much in that order.

EDUCATION

 Ryan graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History, and he brings over five years of professional design experience to the table.
