Jennifer (Jenn) joined Peoples Company in May 2022 as a Land Management Intern. She spent the next 7 months working with the land managers and switched over to Land Appraisal in January 2023. After college, Jenn started as a full-time Valuation Analyst with the Appraisal division.

Jenn grew up on a dairy farm in Minnesota, and that’s where her passion for agriculture began. She worked on her family’s farm all through junior high and high school. During the summers, she also worked at Hermanson Harvest where she discovered her passion for vegetable production.

In college, she continued her agricultural education at Iowa State University. Through the university, she was able to study abroad in Dubai and Thessaloniki, Greece. These places taught her more about global agriculture and how different their agriculture systems are compared to the U.S.  Her international experiences helped her grow as a person and an agriculturalist.

In her free time, Jenn enjoys reading a good book, going on walks, drawing/painting, and experimenting with new recipes.

Jenn graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and International Agricultural in May 2023.
