Land Agent Assistant
BIO
Jenn Wear serves as a Land Agent Assistant under Matt Adams where she helps manage deal flow, executes marketing and advertising, assists with marketing proposals and property valuations, manages auction and listings webpage, coordinates auction days, and captures drone photography. She is dedicated to collaborating across the multiple divisions in Peoples Company and has started to provide support for new team members in similar roles.
Having joined Peoples Company in May 2022, Jenn started as a Land Management Intern. She spent the next 7 months working with the land managers on reports, drone photography, and day to day operations. Jenn switch over to the Appraisal Division in January 2023, and after graduating college, she started as a full-time Valuation Analyst where she learned about the appraisal process and tracked auction sales in the Midwest. In March 2024, she transitioned to the Brokerage Division and has become an integral part of the team.
Jenn grew up on a dairy farm in Minnesota where her family raised and milked Jersey cows. She worked on her family's farm all through junior high and high school and was actively involved in both 4-H and FFA. She continued her agriculture education at Iowa State University and graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business and International Agriculture.

Jenn graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and International Agriculture in May 2023.
