Jeff Post

Jeff grew up in the small central Nebraska farming community of Lexington, Nebraska, where he learned about farming first-hand from his father. When his father decided to pursue a career in real estate and insurance in 1980, Jeff followed his lead. In 1982, his father founded Doran Post & Associates, a full-line insurance agency and real estate firm. In 1997, Jeff succeeded his father as President and Owner.  After becoming president, Jeff pursued auctioneer school. He graduated from the Nashville School of Auction in 2000. When Mid-Continent Properties, Inc. was seeking new leadership in 2005, Jeff moved to Omaha, Nebraska, to be closer to his wife Mimi and two stepchildren. In 2020, Mid-Continent Properties joined Peoples Company to expand its market further into the western plains region.
