Emily Oberbroeckling is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and joined Peoples Company in 2021. Emily has early career experience in lending at a community bank in Northeast Iowa. Emily started her appraisal career in 2012, appraising agricultural properties in Iowa with Farm Credit Services of America, and became fully licensed in 2016. Emily acquired the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation in 2024 from the ASFMRA. 

Emily grew up on a family dairy farm in Northeast Iowa, where a passion for land and agriculture developed. Emily has experience appraising farmland, recreational land, dairy, beef,  swine facilities, grain facilities, and rural acreages across the Midwest. Emily also has experience in State-Wide Market Studies across the U.S. 

Emily is active on the family row-crop and livestock farm and in the trucking business with her husband, Erik, and two boys.
