Matt Adams is an integral part of the growth at Peoples Company, a nationally recognized land company and advisory firm offering services throughout the United States, by utilizing and improving the platform for the company’s core businesses of appraisal, land & farm management, an award-winning auction division, and industry leading brokerage business. Soon after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, Matt joined Peoples Company’s brokerage team where his primary focus is to facilitate land transactions and land investment by representing landowners to assist in the acquisition or disposition of farm and land assets through traditional listings and a variety of land auction formats.
Matt has embraced the collaborative culture of the company and serves as a mentor to his co-workers by training several of the real estate agents within the company. He’s been recognized as a top producer by Peoples Company and the brokerage industry with individual sales for the five most recent years of over 39,100 acres and a market value of $280 million dollars. Matt is well-versed in the complex structure of transactions including but not limited to 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Seller Financing Land Contracts, Rights of First Refusals, Purchase Options, Tenant in Common Agreements, land owned by corporations, and properties with multiple owners.
Matt grew up in the small West Central Iowa town of Breda where he spent many summers bailing hay and tending to livestock for nearby farmers. He currently lives in the Des Moines Metro with his wife, Rochelle, and their dog, Bandit.

Paul has a lifetime of experience in Agriculture ranging from growing hemp in Oregon to feeding cattle in Iowa to trading commodities in Chicago. He grew up on a farm in Central Illinois where his family grew row crops and raised hogs and cattle.
Professionally, Paul’s varied experiences allow him to offer a well-rounded perspective on nearly all aspects of Agriculture. He began his career as an Engineer then transitioned to a commodity trader with a small trading firm in Chicago. Paul traded soybeans, soybean meal, and soybean oil daily on the CME for three years. Having a desire to return to the rural Midwest and have more direct farm involvement, Paul eventually landed back in Iowa and started a career in the beef industry. During his tenure as a cattle marketing rep, Paul assisted his clients in cash marketing of all classes of cattle. He also worked closely with his clients to identify risk management solutions and provide financing for the purchase of cattle.
Since joining Peoples Company in early 2021, Paul is excited to be offering Land Management services. He views each day as an opportunity to gain experience and expand his expertise, which directly benefits those he serves. Paul is attentive to the goals of the landowner and then works diligently to provide sound guidance and creative solutions to meet those goals.
EDUCATION
In college, Paul earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University. Though he ultimately decided to pursue opportunities in Engineering, the degree and experiences in engineering continues to serve Paul well. It has trained him to be a critical thinker and given him the ability to solve complex problems.

Mollie Aronowitz is a Land Manager with Peoples Company focusing on farm, pasture, CRP and recreation land.
Mollie joined Peoples Company in 2013 and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Horticulture. With prior professional experience in public botanical and arboretum management in Chicago, Omaha and Northeast Iowa, Mollie’s background in plant pathology and entomology serves her well in field scouting and working with farm operators in traditional row crop farms. As the fifth generation of a nearly century old farm operation, Mollie has inherited a strong connection to Iowa’s landscape and a deep understanding of farm operators. She is adept at using her knowledge of land stewardship, best farming practices, and appreciation of family farm heritage to best serve her clients.
Mollie is committed to implementing practical recommendations that consider each landowner’s financial and personal goals. George grew up on a cotton farm in Sunflower County, Mississippi, with dreams of eventually becoming a farmer like his father and grandfather. His course changed, and he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics from Mississippi State University in 1993. After graduation, George worked for Farmers National Company in Memphis, Tennessee, for nine years before co-founding Baird & Brunson Land Management Group, LLC with partner Steve Brunson in 2001. Most recently, George founded Landmark Ag Capital LLC, located in Arlington, TN. Holding real estate licenses in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, George represents landowners in managing their land and the buying and selling of farmland. His wide range of clientele includes everyone from sole farm owners to large investment companies. A member of the “Million Dollar Sales Club” since 2002, George’s proudest professional accomplishment was achieved in 2006 when he was selected Farm Manager of the Year by Syngenta, Ag Professional magazine, and ASFMRA.

Doug Bear joined Peoples Company in 2019 and is involved with the facilitation of land auctions, land brokerage, and land management. A native of Russell, Iowa, Doug grew up on a small cow/calf operation and attended Iowa State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science (2007) and Master of Science (2011) in Animal Science. During graduate school, Doug evaluated Iowa’s water quality impairments within the Rathbun Lake watershed.
Doug previously served as the Director of Industry Relations for over seven years at the Iowa Beef Industry Council in Ames, Iowa. He was responsible for coordinating producer communication and beef checkoff compliance activities, strategic planning of producer investments and fiscal year budgets, and building nationally recognized beef checkoff programs (Beef Quality Assurance). Daran is a native of Warren County, Iowa and has a diverse business and agricultural background. Growing up on the family farm in southern Warren County, he spent most of his summers fixing and selling Vermeer agriculture equipment. He attended Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa and majored in both Business Administration and Economics. Daran spent the first 18 years of his career in banking as a commercial and agricultural lender for both community banks and the Farm Credit System. Julie joined Peoples Company in September of 2022. She attended Colgate University in New York where she received a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and Art History. She credits her liberal arts background to her excellent writing and communication skills, creative problem solving, intensive research style, and passion for learning, all of which have served her well in her career in land management. Julie employs her nontraditional background in the world of agriculture to reach clients who are investing in farmland or have inherited farmland but have no prior knowledge of farming.
In 2014, Julie began her land management career at Delta Land in Mer Rouge, LA. Over the following eight years, she managed property for the owner of the company, investment funds, and several families, including her own. Julie and two other managers were tasked with the management of 125,000+ acres of farmland, covering Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. She built an extensive network of successful farmers in the region, directly managing over 75 tenants across 18 parishes/counties. Julie is successful at tailoring her management style to the landowner at hand, understanding that the needs of an institutional investor and a family landowner are very different. She recognizes the importance of farmland as a long-term investment, calibrating her management recommendations in the short term with fluctuations in farmland prices, commodity markets, input supply chains, and the annual financial needs/concerns of a given landowner. Her management knowledge includes farm leasing, rental analysis, annual farm budget creation/execution, farm plan creation/execution, USDA farm programs, and landowner reports. She is very knowledgeable in the crop production process, particularly with rice, soybeans, cotton, and corn. Julie managed the organic rice farming operation at Delta from its infancy (2015), managing the transition and certification processes of 3,300+- acres of conventional land to organic cropland; In the process, she gained knowledge of the organic process, organic inputs, organic governing bodies, and the benefits of sustainable farming practices. Julie has great interest in being at the forefront of sustainability programs in the region and she looks forward to growing her knowledge of carbon markets as well. Thomas joined the Peoples Company team in September of 2022. He grew up on his family’s farm in Rhymes, Louisiana. Thomas farmed throughout his high school and college years, picking up some custom farming experience on the side as well. Thomas attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he gained a Bachelor’s in General Studies, taking courses in business, entrepreneurial studies, and agriculture. In 2015, Thomas gained his series 7 license and entered employment in private investments with Raymond James. This stint afforded him the opportunity to develop extensive knowledge of investment markets and business administration. In 2016, Thomas joined Ag Resource Management as an Agricultural Lender where he was responsible for underwriting loans, evaluating and managing risk, and executing budgets to fit the unique circumstances of the farmer. Thomas managed and helped grow their existing portfolio. He was constantly communicating with local banks, landowners, farmers, crop insurance agents, land management groups, and agricultural real estate agents. During his time as a lender at ARM, Thomas expanded the company's client base, while cultivating his own personal agricultural network.
In 2018, Thomas joined Farmland Partners as a land manager. Since then, he has been doing farm management and farm acquisitions in the Delta region and in the High Plains of Colorado. He oversaw the management of over 35,000 cropland acres and 32+ tenants across Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Colorado, Nebraska, and Georgia. Thomas was responsible for farm/recreational leasing, inspections, individual farm budget creation/execution, production analysis, yield reporting, and USDA farm program compliance. Thomas continued to grow relationships within the agricultural community in the region, expanding his network into new territories and strengthening his connections within the real estate sector in particular. Mike Bousselot leads the Capital Markets team as the Managing Director of Capital Partnerships. Mike deeply understands the farmland investments and is responsible for conducting business development activities and promoting the comprehensive investment structures offered by Capital Markets. With his experience in financial services and agricultural investment, Mike leads our efforts in engaging and retaining investment clients and capital partners. In addition to his role with Peoples Company, Mike serves as State Representative for Ankeny and North Polk County in the Iowa House of Representatives. Mike is an experienced public servant having worked for former Iowa Governor Terry Branstad as an advisor, legal counsel, and chief of staff. In addition, Mike was appointed by Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds as Chief Fiscal Officer and Director of the Iowa Department of Management.

Lindsey currently lives in Wadena, Minnesota, but he grew up in Mayville, North Dakota. He attended Mayville State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business (1991). He then continued his education and graduated from the North Dakota School of Banking (1993) and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (1995).
Upon graduation, Lindsey worked for 20 plus years as a lending officer at rural banks in Finley, ND, Winona, MN and Lewiston, MN. He was a member of 7th District Ag. Credit Companies board during that time as well. Due to these experiences and opportunities, he has multiple contacts in the banking and farming communities.

Curtis Buono leads agricultural real estate brokerage services for Peoples Company’s Pacific West region, which covers California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii. His clients range from global institutional investors to small farmers to large multi-state agricultural enterprises. Since joining Peoples Company in 2014, Jared has made his mark as an award-winning professional auctioneer and as a licensed real estate agent in Iowa and Missouri. They live on a small acreage just outside of Corydon, Iowa and in their free time enjoy camping with their family and friends. Andrew (Drew) was born and raised in the Memphis metropolitan area in a small town named Eads, Tennessee. Jake Costanzo assists the Capital Markets team as a Land Analyst. He is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on high-quality farmland assets. Jake joined Peoples Company in March 2023. He grew up in St. Charles, Missouri, and comes from a farming background. Spending his summers working on his grandparent’s farm in southeastern Nebraska is where he found an appreciation and passion for agriculture. He attended the University of Missouri and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Jake started as an intern for Boyd Harris Companies, Inc. working as an Appraisal Technician in September 2020. He found his passion for real estate and decided to come on full time as an Appraiser Trainee after graduation in late 2021. Jake also pursued his real estate license during that time and was a licensed agent with National Land Realty for a year and a half. David Englund joined Peoples Company in July of 2021 upon retiring from FNC as President/CEO after 34 years in various roles with the company. With an excellent reputation for solving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and creating a positive overall team concept, Mr. Englund will be an asset to the Peoples Company Team.
Mr. Englund received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Kearney State College in 1981. He joined FNC in 1987 as a farm and ranch asset manager in Imperial, Nebraska. After 19 years of successfully managing properties and growing portfolios, Englund was promoted to Western Area Vice President for FNC. In 2020, Englund was hired by the FNC board of directors to be President and CEO of the company. Englund held that role until late April of 2021, when he retired.
Mr. Englund has had a distinguished career with FNC, being awarded the FNC Farm Manager of the Year award 4 times and the National American Society of Farm Manager and Rural Appraiser/Syngenta Farm Manager of the Year Award in 1999. Englund has also received multiple business development and real estate sales awards in his career.

Eric Geiger acquired his sales associate license from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in 2006. In 1991, Geiger received a business degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Geiger is a lifelong farmer who grew up in rural Nebraska. His agricultural productions and business experience make him a great farm and ranch real estate sales associate for Peoples Company.
Geiger served on the Board of Directors for the Thirty-Mile Channel Irrigation Ditch in central Nebraska. He is also a member and past president of the local Dawson County affiliate of the Nebraska Cattlemen’s Association. He is also an active member of Toastmasters.
Currently Geiger is responsible for farm sales, leasing, and management in northeast and western Nebraska. He has experience with estate planning, 1031 exchanges, and the farm program. Geiger is working toward his appraisal license. Attaining his appraisal license will give him better knowledge and a greater background in evaluations for farm property. Jaxon Goedken is a land analyst for Peoples Company, one of the nation’s leading providers of land brokerage, land management, land appraisal and land investment services. Since joining the company in 2017, Jaxon has been involved in multiple departments of the company with experience in the land appraisal, land investment and land brokerage divisions. Mike grew up on a family farm in Lyons, Nebraska, which had corn and soybeans, as well as a cow/calf operation. Michael began raising hogs at the age of eight that provided a real-world education on farm finances. Today, he owns and manages the farm with his brothers, continuing the conservation program that’s been passed down from his father.
He joined Peoples Company in 2021 and understands that for most farms and ranches, the land is the most important asset of the operation. Helping each owner attain the highest return for the sale of their farm and providing the right match for the buyer is his objective.

Molli Hagge serves the Capital Markets team as the Director of Operations to meet and exceed company objectives and carry out client mandates. Boyd L. Harris, ALC was raised on a grain and livestock farm in Monroe County, Missouri, which he still operates. He graduated from Centralia High School in 1982 and attended Northeast Missouri State University for one year, and then returned to the farm. He began his real estate career in 1985 as a sales agent and auctioneer. In 1991, he obtained his General Certified Real Estate Appraiser credentials and began a career in rural property valuation, focused on grain and livestock farms with an emphasis on large-scale livestock operations, grain facilities, and rural commercial properties. In 2015, he obtained the Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtors Land Institute. He served eight years on the Missouri Appraisers Advisory Council, twelve years on the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission, and over twenty years as Secretary for the Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. During that time he has mentored, trained, and obtained certification for over a dozen new appraisers.

Peter Isaacson joined the Peoples Company team in 2018 and focuses on Land and Asset Management for the Clive, Iowa based company. His passion for both production agriculture and conservation make him a great addition to the land management team at Peoples Company.
After growing up on his family’s row crop and beef operation along the banks of Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay, Peter’s passion for agriculture led him to Ames, Iowa where he continued his education at Iowa State University obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies and a minor in Agronomy. Growing up on Maryland’s eastern shore gives Peter a strong conservation background with extensive knowledge regarding cover crops, no-till, nutrient management, water quality, and total soil stewardship. Joel King joined Peoples Company as the Broker in the Delta Region in May of 2020. Joel's office is in Jonesboro, Arkansas and he conducts real estate transactions in Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arkansas State University, he returned home to join his family's real estate company that was started in 1963. Jake Liening came on board with Peoples Company in January 2023, where he will primarily focus on production agriculture and asset management throughout the Pacific Northwest. His passion for both agriculture and the relationship that farmland as an asset class plays in the U.S. economy makes him a great addition to the land management team at Peoples Company.
Jake was born and raised in Walla Walla, Washington. Growing up in wheat country meant working wheat harvest every summer, whether that was driving trucks, custom cutting throughout eastern WA, or loading grain barges on the Snake River. The opportunity to work with other commodities also arose as his family’s grass seed operation is based throughout the Walla Walla Valley. Out of college, Jake was able to expose himself to the commercial lending sector, while then transitioning to performing due diligence items behind the scenes of land management for Mountain West assets before starting in the land management business with Peoples Company.
From being raised in an agricultural environment to now being a current member of the US Air Force, Jake maintains the ability to work within a high-stress environment that expects consistent results. Dave Muth leads the Capital Markets team as the Managing Director of Asset Management by overseeing asset management strategy and execution, integrating technology into workflow processes, and publicly representing the company through industry presentations. David is trained as a mechanical engineer, earning his PhD from Iowa State University. Ashley joined People’s Company as an Appraisal Coordinator in 2021. Ashley’s previous experience in agricultural finance, appraisal support, research and agribusiness has given her the background to understand the depth of agriculture in its entirety.
Ashley received her associate’s degree from Kirkwood Community College, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business through Mt. Mercy University. She received her Associate Appraisal License in 2021, and is currently working towards her General Certified Appraisal License.

Jeff grew up in the small central Nebraska farming community of Lexington, Nebraska where he learned about farming first-hand from his father. When his father decided to pursue a career in real estate and insurance in 1980, Jeff followed his lead. In 1982, his father founded Doran Post & Associates, a full-line insurance agency and real estate firm. In 1997, Jeff succeeded his father as President and Owner. After becoming president, Jeff pursued auctioneer school. He graduated from Nashville School of Auction in 2000. When Mid-Continent Properties, Inc. was seeking new leadership in 2005, Jeff moved to Omaha, Nebraska to be closer to his wife Mimi and two stepchildren. David Raduechel serves the Capital Markets team as the Director of Accounting. He prepares and monitors Key Performance Indicator metrics, analyzes the financial performance of the company, and builds reports for the team to accurately provide a clear picture of the financial status of the company and managed assets. David reviews company statistics to make forecasts and projections as well as develops strategies to assess, manage, and minimize any potential financial risks. He oversees all aspects of accounting and tax filing preparation for the company and managed assets.
Prior to joining Peoples Company, David has held a variety of executive roles ranging from Controller of a $100 million import business to CFO of a start-up getting off the ground. Most recently he served as Controller for South American Beef, Inc. David oversaw the company’s accounting department, projected cash flows, managed inventory, and coordinated with auditors and CPAs. Before that, he worked as the CFO and Director of Operations for FarrPro Inc. assisting founders of the ag-tech company with all matters of strategy planning, long-term funding demands, and day to day operations. David has also held the roles of CFO for a cosmetic dermatology practice and COO for a skincare development and manufacturing company. David attended the University of Iowa where he received his degree in finance.

John Reburn is a land agent with Peoples Company, a leading firm in farmland brokerage, management, appraisal, and investment. Growing up in Eastern Oregon has instilled in me a love for agriculture since I was young. At 13 years old I found myself working for a farmer in Athena, Oregon. At that time, I did not understand the economics of wheat farming, but I did enjoy unloading grain trucks into an elevator. When I got older, I started driving combine and grain truck every summer. Wheat harvest was a big month in our little town. When I started to learn the business side of farming, that’s when agriculture business became a desire of mine. Understanding the basis of operation for dryland/irrigated farm ground is somewhat more than a passion for me, It is respecting the hardworking farmers that feed the world. Although I am a young guy and have a lot to learn, I suspect I will be learning forever.

Derek's dryland wheat farming career began at the young age of 10 years old when he would operate a tractor working the ground ahead of the drills at seeding time. It sparked a lifelong education that has morphed into all aspects of production agriculture in the Golden Triangle of Montana.
Derek completed his education at the University of Montana-Helena COT in Diesel Technology as well as Agriculture Operations Technology at Montana State University-Northern. The experience and knowledge gained in these programs helped him expand his family’s farming operation and provided him with resources to develop an ag-business career off the farm with equipment auctions and real estate.
Derek's free time is spent on the farm with his wife, Kayla, and their growing family. They stay busy taking care of their dogs, cows, chickens, and pigs. Derek has a small collection of antique farm tractors and a vast array of “someday” projects.

Justine had her first professional experience with Peoples Company back in 2015 with the Greater Des Moines partnership. At that time she was the Director of Government Relations for the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association and reviewed state law, federal statutes, and agency policies, producing communications and process overviews to ensure compliance. Most recently Justine served Iowa landowners and developed talent at Farm Credit Services of America. Working closely with buyers and sellers through contracts for purchase, 1031 exchanges, and real estate refinances she provided unrivaled customer service and maintained real estate standards. As a member of my high school’s FFA chapter, I competed in numerous career and leadership development events including agricultural issues. I researched the pros and cons of an agricultural issue persistent in the Walla Walla Valley and presented my findings to a panel of judges. It was during this time that I discovered my love for agribusiness and farm management and decided to acquire my bachelor’s degree in business administration.
After graduating from Eastern Oregon University, I began my professional career at the USDA Farm Service Agency where I oversaw the administration of the conservation reserve program. I also worked with livestock producers who experienced losses due to adverse weather events, a cause that is near to my heart as I spent my college years working on numerous dairy cattle feedlots in the Yakima Valley. It was here that I witnessed firsthand the importance of integrity, in both the cattle and professional worlds, as I worked alongside cattlemen who work tirelessly day in and day out to feed the world. Working side-by-side with some of the dairy industry’s brightest minds inspired me to return to EOU to obtain my master’s degree in business administration.
In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors and fishing on the Columbia River. During the summer I love watching the equine athletes of the ProRodeo circuit as they compete throughout the Northwest. Heather Welch Puri assists the Capital Markets team as the Director of Finance & Strategy. Dave has more than 40 years of professional leadership experience in natural resource conservation with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and in the private sector. Starting as a conservation aid in Missouri helping a technician survey and design terraces, Dave worked in numerous locations throughout the United States, culminating his career as Chief of the NRCS from January 2009 to December 2012. As Chief, Dave led, directed, and managed the nation’s largest private lands natural resource conservation organization. At his time as Chief, NRCS’s annual budget exceeded $4 billion, employed almost 11,000 professional staff, and worked out of 2,800 offices across the United States and its territories.
During his time as Chief, Dave’s North Star encompassed three goals: 1) Make conservation more accessible; 2) Engage new partners in supporting conservation; and 3) Develop and test new approaches that provide farmers, ranchers, and their communities with a more varied set of tools and incentives.
To this end, he was responsible for several innovations in conservation programs including the development and implementation of natural resource initiatives. These initiatives were unique in that the Agency moved away from its previous way of evenly distributing funding across the country (regardless of resource issues) to shifting funds to specific areas to solve precise resource concerns. By increasing both funding and technical assistance on identified resource issues, the Agency began the long process of reversing and solving many of the Nation’s most vexing resource problems.
Dave was directly responsible for initiating 15 landscape initiatives, focusing on a variety of regionally important resource issues from wildlife species, such as the greater sage grouse and lesser prairie chicken, to water quality in Mississippi River Basin, Great Lakes, and Chesapeake Bay, to iconic landscapes such as the New England forests and North Central wetlands.
Dave was also responsible for moving NRCS toward Soil Health and under his leadership the Agency launched the first Soil Health information campaign in 2012.
Dave has also spent significant time on Capitol Hill. In 2001 he served on a detail to Indiana Senator Richard Lugar and helped developed the conservation title of the 2002 Farm Bill. In 2007, he was detailed to Iowa Senator Tom Harkin’s office in Washington, D.C., where he helped craft the conservation title of the 2008 Farm Bill.
Currently, Dave serves as president of Ecosystem Services Exchange which focused on advancing edge-of-field conservation practices to improve water quality. He is also partner in the 9b Group, a benefit corporation dedicated to conservation and the sustainability of our natural resources.
Dave is married, has two grown children, one grandson, and three rescue dogs. Dave refuses to watch TV, believes that dogs are the most wonderful species on Earth, and still marvels that he somehow managed to graduate from the University of Missouri.

Molly Zaver has extensive experience in business operations, management and marketing. She joined the Peoples Company team in January 2017 and previously served as executive director of the Iowa Chapter of Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and executive secretary for the Iowa Chapter of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). During her time working with the Iowa Chapter of RLI, she led the Chapter to win the 2013 Chapter of the Year award and also earned the 2015 Chapter Administrator of the Year award from the National Realtors Land Institute. She has also served as executive director of the Bondurant Area Chamber of Commerce and Bondurant Development, Inc.

Andrew Zellmer is a land agent and shareholder of Peoples Company, a nationally recognized land transaction and advisory firm that offers land brokerage, land management, land appraisal and land investment services in twenty-two states across the country. At Peoples Company, Andrew focuses on serving the land brokerage and land investment needs of land owners, investors and operators. With his in-depth industry knowledge and backed by a collaborative team at Peoples Company, Andrew is able to offer unmatched solutions to his clients. He works closely with landowners to market their properties through public auction, listings, and off market deals. When farm operators look to expand their footprint in a region, Andrew helps source potential deals as well as finds capital sources, programs and innovative ideas that can help secure these acres for years to come. He also caters to the investor, facilitating deals that meet client-directed investment mandates and are structured to maximize investment returns.
In recognition for his hard work and dedication, Andrew has received the National REALTORS® Land Institute (“RLI”) Apex Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019 for being a top producing land agent in the United States. He also won the 2017 Deal of the Year Award from the Iowa RLI Chapter. In addition, Andrew was the recipient of the “A” Player award for Peoples Company in 2018 and also received Peoples Company’s Top Producer Award in both 2017 and 2019. Andrew is a proud graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where he graduated with a double major in Finance and Real Estate in 2012.
