Caleb is a licensed broker in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington, with nearly a decade of experience specializing in farms, ranches, timberland, and recreational properties. He has extensive knowledge in irrigated and dryland crop production, water rights, timber production, carbon credits, state and federal grazing permits, crop insurance programs, conservation, and more. 

As a multigenerational farmer, rancher, and outdoorsman, his roots in the industry run deep. Caleb earned a bachelor’s degree in rangeland ecology and management, with a minor in animal science production from the University of Idaho. Since graduating, he has remained actively involved in the agriculture and natural resources sectors. 

Caleb lives in Enterprise, Oregon, with his wife and children on their farm, where they grow forage crops for export and the local horse market. In the fall, they run weaned calves on their crop residue. Caleb's personal experience with buying farms and ranches has given him a unique perspective on the sales process and allows him to anticipate potential challenges for his clients.
