Steve Bruere named National Broker of the Year in the Auction Land Sales category; Adam Crist named Regional Broker of the Year in two categories; Both named Top 20 National Producers
Peoples Company, a national leader in land brokerage, agricultural appraisal, land and energy management, crop insurance, and capital markets, received top land auction honors at the REALTORS® Land Institute’s APEX Award ceremony in San Antonio, Texas on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The APEX Awards, held in conjunction with The Land Report, is a top annual awards program designed to recognize excellence and performance of land sale professionals.
Peoples Company President, Steve Bruere, was recognized as the APEX 2025 National Broker of the Year in the Auction Land Sales category. This marks the sixth time that Bruere has been awarded National Broker of the Year.
Peoples Company Senior Land Agent, Adam Crist, ALC, was recognized as the APEX 2025 Regional Broker of the Year in both the Ag Land Sales Crops and Agribusiness Sales categories. Adam covers Region 3 which consists of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The Regional Broker of the Year award recognizes the top professionals across several land categories in RLI's 10 U.S. regions.
Bruere and Crist were also recognized as APEX 2025 Top Twenty National Producers. This award recognizes the top 20 highest-producing agents in the country based on qualifying production volume.
