As 2019 came to a close, the Iowa land market showed a bit of strength with a slight uptick in values in Q4. The average $/CSR2 point was $114. In December, there were 16 tracts that sold and surpassed $10,000/acre. As we start the new year, there are 62+ tracts of land being marketed for auction.
