Weekly Auction Results: 3/6/22–3/12/22

20 tracts went up for auction last week, representing 2,067 acres in the Iowa market and bringing an average dollar per acre of $8,913.  

Of these tracts, only seven tracts met our criteria of 85% tillable to calculate the $/Tillable and $/CSR2. The average dollar per tillable acre for those that qualified was $14,198, bringing the average dollar per CSR2 to $187. This is down 1% from the prior week's average, but still up 10% from Q4 2021.

The top sale of the week went to a 38 acre, 95.1 CSR2 Sioux County farm, bringing $23,000/acre or $258/CSR2.
