This database of active and sold listings is very beneficial for our appraisers, brokers, land investment specialists and our clientele.

As a service to our clients, we wish to keep you up-to-date on the current land market, and will be emailing out Iowa land auction results on a monthly basis. Additionally, the Peoples Company Appraisal and Land Investment teams will be providing a quarterly update on the land market throughout Iowa, while Jim Rothermich will be writing a weekly update: “The Dirt on Iowa Land Auction Prices.”
