PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were 7 tracts of land that sold at auction between October 7th  and October 13th. During these auctions, there was a total of 522 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 350 +/- were tillable acres. 

A few of the highlights from last week:

• 157 acres of tillable land sold in Buchanan County for $7,112/acre with a CSR2 of 70.8 on the tillable acres.
• 35 acres of tillable land sold in Woodbury County for $7,300/acre with a CSR2 of 52.7 on the tillable acres.
• 65 acres of tillable land sold in O’Brien County for $10,450/acre with a CSR2 of 97.0 on the tillable acres.
• 70 acres of tillable and recreational land sold in Henry County for $4,100/acre with a CSR 2 of 56.3 on the tillable acres.
• 74 acres of tillable land sold in Tama County for $6,050/acre with a CSR2 of 72.7 on the tillable acres.
• 57 acres of tillable and recreational land sold in Van Buren County for $3,700/acre with a CSR2 of 46.8 on the tillable acres.
