PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were 7 tracts of land that sold at auction between October 14th  and October 20th. During these auctions, there was a total of 621 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 597 +/- were tillable acres. 

A few of the highlights from last week:

• 74 acres of tillable land sold in Crawford County for $6,550/acre with a CSR2 of 58.1 on the tillable acres.
• 96 acres of tillable land sold in Floyd County for $6,000/acre with a CSR2 of 71.4 on the tillable acres.
• 73 acres of tillable land sold in Floyd County for $8,650/acre with a CSR2 of 83.1 on the tillable acres.
• 60 acres of CRP and recreational land sold in Monona County for $3,000/acre with a CSR 2 of 48.1 on the CRP acres.
