PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were two tracts of land that sold at auction between May 26th and June 2nd. During these auctions, there was a total of 430 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 367 +/- were tillable acres. 

Here are the results from last week:

  • 194 acres of tillable and CRP land sold in Winneshiek County for $4,600/acre with a CSR2 of 61.3 on the tillable acres.
  • 236 acres of tillable and CRP land sold in Clay County for $5,500/acre with a CSR2 of 51.2 with a CSR2 of 75.9 on the tillable acres.
