PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were eight tracts of land that sold at auction between July 15th and July 20th. During these auctions, there was a total of 822 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 538 +/- were tillable acres. 

A few of the highlights from last week:

• 102 acres of tillable and timber land sold in Lee County for $2,850/acre with a CSR2 of 49.2 on the tillable acres.
• 59 acres of tillable and timber land sold in Jones County for $7,600/acre with a CSR2 of 49.5 on the tillable acres.
• 151 acres of tillable land sold in Howard County for $9,025/acre with a CSR2 of 78.2 on the tillable acres.
• 87 acres of timber land sold in Monona County for $2,200/acre.
• 81 acres of tillable land sold in Emmet County for $9,000/acre with a CSR2 of 86.2 on the tillable acres.
