PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were nine tracts of land that sold at auction between July 10^th and July 12^th. During these auctions, there was a total of 582 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 488 +/- were tillable acres. 

A few of the highlights from last week:

• 44 acres of tillable, timber and recreational land sold in Davis County for $4,350/acre with a CSR2 of 45.1 on the tillable acres.
• 80 acres of tillable land sold in Webster County for $8,950/acre with a CSR2 of 82.8 on the tillable acres.
• 87 acres of tillable land sold in Butler County for $9,350/acre with a CSR2 of 87.6 on the tillable acres.
• 191 acres of tillable land sold in Palo Alto County for $8,950/acre with a CSR2 of 75.3 on the tillable acres.
