Price/Acre - January 7-13, 2017

PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were only 3 tracts of land sold at auction between January 7th and January 13th. There have been very few auctions on the calendar as we transitioned into the new year. That said, there are 19+ tracts that include 1,874+/- acres that are scheduled for auction during this coming week.

A few of the highlights from last week:

  • 40 acres sold in Sioux County for $14,600/acre with a CSR2 of 87.2
  • 232 acres sold in Webster County in two tracts. However, the sale was negotiated following the conclusion of the auction and the sales price will not be disclosed until the transaction is recorded.
