For the fifth time, Peoples Company has won the coveted Campaign of the Year Award from the NAA Marketing Competition, presented by Blue River Digital. The award was given for Peoples Company's work on the C&W Farm Auction, a portfolio comprised of 6,693 acres m/l in Wichita County, Kansas.

Due to the complexity of C&W Farms including its sheer size, diverse land uses, irrigation, fixed infrastructure, and extensive water rights, our team with input from the sellers decided to offer the property via an absolute “multi-par” auction. We worked diligently with the sellers to strategically parcel the farms in ways that maximized water availability and current irrigation infrastructure to promote competitive bidding and produce the highest total sale price. The property was ultimately split into 14 individual tracts, ranging from 3.5 acres m/l to 1,590 acres m/l, with unique qualities to attract the interest of numerous types of potential buyers.

Peoples Company's marketing campaign of C&W Farms utilized a range of innovative and comprehensive tools and strategies such as professional photos and videos, mailers, email blasts, print and digital advertisements, a custom website with a comprehensive online data room, and more.

"Our land sales and auctions at Peoples Company are handled with a unique approach, acknowledging the distinct features and possibilities of each tract of land," said Peoples Company President Steve Bruere. "Peoples Company's dedicated team highlights desirable land traits with professional, high-quality marketing, and expert advice. I'm incredibly proud of our team and am grateful to the National Auction Association and Blue River Digital for this prestigious honor."

The NAA Marketing Competition, held annually, allows NAA Auction Professionals the opportunity to showcase their innovative creations over the past year while vying for top awards for their marketing and advertising materials. Entries to the marketing competition come from across the country and are judged by a panel of marketing professionals according to standards of excellence.
