The prestigious Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report, is an annual production awards program designed to recognize the excellence and performance of RLI Members — the best in the business — with prestigious land real estate awards.

Recipients received their awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe at a special awards ceremony on Monday, March 30, during RLI’s Virtual 2020 National Land Conference (NLC20).

“We are proud of all of our members that were recognized for their accomplishments in 2019. They truly are the crème of the crop when it comes to land real estate professionals,” said Kobernus about the award winners.

The APEX Awards Program celebrated its third year with a record number of applicants totaling a combined $2.65+ billion in qualifying transaction volume.

Realtors® Land Institute 2019 Broker of the Year Award

Peoples Company President, Steve Bruere, received the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program’s 2019 Broker of The Year Award in the Auction Land sales category. This award recognizes the highest producing agent in the country for auction land sales based on qualifying production volume.

Realtors® Land Institute 2019 Top Twenty National Producers

Two Peoples Company brokers were recognized as an APEX 2019 Top Twenty National Producer by the Realtors® Land Institute. Steve Bruere and Andrew Zellmer both earned this incredible achievement. This award recognizes the top 20 highest producing agents in the country based on qualifying production volume.

APEX 2019 National Producers Club

Ten Peoples Company agents were recognized for being named to the APEX 2019 National Producers Club, a recognition of excellence in land sales. They include Matt Adams, Daran Becker, Steve Bruere, Jared Chambers, Kenny Herring, ALC, Eric Lonnevik, Travis Smock, Andrew Westlake, Douglas Yegge, and Andrew Zellmer.
