Eric Sobotka started his career with Integra Realty Resources in Sacramento followed by The Fillmore Group in San Jose, CA (now IRR San Francisco). He has appraised a wide range of property types including shopping centers, business parks, apartments, industrial buildings, and self-storage facilities, among others. He has also been involved in the entitlement, development, and/or acquisition of 2,000 multi-family units, over 120,000 square feet of retail, 100+ single-family homes, and over 1,200 units of self-storage.
