DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Clive, IA

The Director of Marketing is responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting, and implementing all facets of marketing communication activities for Peoples Company and affiliated entities, under the direction of the company President and Vice President. This includes strategizing and implementing marketing plans that support the company’s vision, leading and guiding the efforts of the marketing department, as well as monitoring and evaluating project activities and results. The Director of Marketing coordinates the content and production of advertisements, brochures, flyers, newsletters, videos, websites, blogs, white papers, signage, social media, and all other promotional products.


ACCOUNTING CLERK
Clive, IA

The Accounting Clerk will assist the Director of Finance and accounting team with the day-to-day accounting activities of Peoples Company and its affiliate companies.  Responsibilities include accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, journal entry processing, account reconciliation, and preparation and review of financial statements.  The Accounting Clerk must be able to understand the flow of cash and income between various affiliated and subsidiary entities, and maintain a high level of accuracy at all times.


AGRICULTURAL REAL ESTATE INTERN
San Diego, CA

Peoples Company, a leading national Agricultural Real Estate services provider, is seeking an Intern to assist with appraisal and brokerage services for agricultural assets throughout California and beyond. Candidate strengths should include strong analytical, task management, and communication skills; attention to detail; desire to learn; and a proactive and positive attitude. 


APPRAISAL INTERN ASSOCIATE
Clive, IA

The Appraisal Intern Associate position is to provide support for, and learn from, management, sales agents, and appraisers throughout the office. The Intern Associate will report directly to his/her assigned Managing Appraiser(s), RESC, and Office Broker. The Associate will perform many of the day-to-day activities associated with learning the business and the culture surrounding Peoples Company. Active auto insurance and driver’s license will be maintained at all times.


CERTIFIED GENERAL APPRAISER
Marlette, MI

Appraisers report to the National Director of Appraisal and Regional Manager Broker and are the face of the company to the public. The Appraiser is an independent contractor; however, the Appraiser is responsible for representing the company’s services to the marketplace. Appraisers are responsible for maintaining compliance with local real estate appraisal laws and customs and are expected to set annual commission goals and establish business plans to contribute to the company’s market share. Active appraisal license, real estate salesperson or broker license, insurance, driver’s license and E&O insurance will be maintained at all times.

LICENSED AGRICULTURAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
San Diego, CA

Peoples Company, a leading national Agricultural Real Estate services provider, is seeking an experienced Certified General Appraiser in the Pacific West to execute appraisals of agricultural assets throughout California and beyond.  Candidate strengths should include strong analytical, task management, and communication skills; attention to detail; desire to learn; and a proactive and positive attitude. The appraiser may utilize the San Diego and Fresno office, if desired.


MANAGEMENT LEVEL LICENSEE
Wapakoneta, OH

The Management Level Licensee assists the Designated Broker with coordination of all real estate activity within their assigned office according to the Board approved company policy manual and state license law. The Management Level Licensee reports directly to the company Designated Broker on a continuing basis, President of the company as needed, and quarterly to the company’s Board of Directors on real estate activity, agent issues, compliance matters, budget control, and progress toward office goals and measurable expectations.
