Weekly Auction Results: 2/6/22–2/12/22

18 tracts sold at public auction last week, bringing an average dollar per acre of $12,098, average dollar per tillable acre of $13,379 and an average dollar per CSR2 of $171, which is $1.00 per point higher than the 2021 Q4 dollar per CSR2 average. 

The high sale of the week went to a Sioux County auction bringing $20,750 per acre or $238 per CSR2 point. This farm is located approximately four miles south of Sioux Center. It is 97% tillable with primarily Galva soils and an average CSR2 of 90.
