PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were twelve tracts of land that sold at auction between June 2nd and June 9th. During these auctions, there was a total of 1,286 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 1,162 +/- were tillable acres. 

A few of the highlights from last week:

• 77 acres of tillable land sold in Lee County for $11,800/acre with a CSR2 of 70.9 on the tillable acres.
• 100 acres of tillable land sold in Shelby County for $7,700/acre with a CSR2 of 74.3 on the tillable acres.
• 174 acres of transitional land sold in Polk County for $22,500/acre.
• 102 acres of tillable land sold in Henry County for $11,000/acre with a CSR2 of 80 on the tillable acres.
• 235 acres of tillable, pasture and recreation land sold in Lee county for $4,250/acre with a CSR2 of 57.6 on the tillable aces.
• 112 acres of tillable land sold in Carroll County for $9,650/acre with a CSR2 of 81.7 on the tillable acres.
