Peoples Company has welcomed Eric Lonnevik as a new addition to the agricultural real estate services organization’s land brokerage and land auction team. 

An Iowa native with an enduring passion for the outdoors, Lonnevik grew up in North Central Iowa where he remains active as a member of his family’s row crop operation. 

The Peoples Company Land Agent is centered on building lasting relationships among buyers and sellers with respect to all types of farmland, recreational properties and acreages.

With a strong farm background and more than 20 years of sales-related experience in the outdoor sporting, agricultural and real estate industries, Lonnevik will apply both solid communication skills and expertise in land brokerage while working to uncover unique marketing or investment opportunities. 

Lonnevik resides in Warren County with his wife and two children. The avid outdoorsman attended Iowa State University majoring in Agricultural Studies and minoring in Agricultural Systems Technology. 

During his time at Iowa State, Lonnevik was an active member of the Trap and Skeet Team and earned the title of Collegiate National Sporting Clays Champion.

A licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Iowa, Lonnevik will also play an integral role at Peoples Company in supporting clients in regard to helping identify opportunities as they relate to their land appraisal, land management or land investing needs.

"My lifelong dream of working in the outdoor sporting industry, combined with my love of the outdoors, is what ultimately led me into real estate sales," Lonnevik said.
