Victoria Ross serves as a Specialty Assets Analyst within the Corporate Services division to assist corporate clients with the valuation, acquisition, and disposition of investment grade assets. She collaborates with the Peoples Company network by sharing deal leads, engaging co-listing agents and expanding the Company's brand recognition across the country. Victoria’s responsibilities include but are not limited to valuation, investment analysis, due diligence, disposition process and procedure, marketing strategies, and client communication. Along with managing the valuation, acquisition, and disposition of specialty assets, she assists the Peoples Company Corporate Services division in servicing the needs and business opportunities of key referral sources and top clients across the country.

Prior to joining Peoples Company, Victoria held roles as an Associate Director in London and Australia, with 10 years of global experience, primarily across Australia and Europe, and into the Americas. Victoria specializes in large-scale complex agribusiness assets including post farm gate processing facilities (across a range of commodities including meat, nuts, fruit/vegetables, grain, milk, timber and cotton), intensive animal husbandry assets (poultry facilities and feedlots) and horticulture (controlled environment agriculture and orchards). During this time, Victoria serviced leading institutional investors, multi-national banks and global corporations.
Victoria holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Queensland; a Bachelor of Economics majoring in International Trade and Finance and a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development.
